3D cultures

Our 3D culture solutions for oncological research provide physiologically relevant tumor models that closely mimic the complexity of the human tumor microenvironment. Utilizing primary cancer cells, cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs), immune cells, and tumor-derived ECM hydrogels, we support the formation of highly predictive tumor spheroids and self-assembled organoids. These models replicate critical aspects of tumor architecture, including cell–cell and cell–matrix interactions, hypoxic gradients, and drug penetration barriers.
