Our endothelial cell models are critical tools for studying drug transport, distribution, and barrier function across vascular interfaces, including the blood-brain barrier (BBB), and systemic vasculature. These primary human endothelial cells retain functional tight junctions and express key transporters and receptors involved in compound permeability, efflux, and cellular uptake.
