Gastric adenocarcinoma-associated fibroblasts (CAF-GA) are primary human stromal cells isolated from the tumor stroma of patients diagnosed with gastric adenocarcinoma. These cells represent the activated fibroblast population that drives tumor growth, extracellular matrix remodeling, immune suppression, and therapy resistance in gastric cancers.

Our CAF-GA cultures preserve the native phenotype and secretory behavior of cancer-associated fibroblasts from the stomach, including high expression of pro-tumorigenic markers such as αSMA, FAP, IL-6, and TGF-β. Ideal for applications in tumor-stroma co-culture, 3D gastric cancer models, cytokine profiling, and anti-fibrotic drug testing.
