Glioblastoma (GBM) cultured tumoroids are three-dimensional microtumor models derived from patient glioblastoma samples, cultured under conditions that preserve the tumor's native architecture, genetic profile, and cellular heterogeneity. These tumoroids replicate critical features of GBM such as invasiveness, therapy resistance, and neural stem-like cell populations.

Unlike traditional 2D cultures, GBM tumoroids maintain hypoxic gradients, stemness, and extracellular matrix interactions, making them ideal for evaluating targeted therapies, radiation sensitivity, and tumor-stroma interactions.
