Primary human aortic endothelial cells (HAEC) are isolated from the aortic vessel wall and play a critical role in regulating vascular homeostasis, permeability, and inflammatory responses.
These cells cryopreserved at P1, and are highly responsive to shear stress and pro-inflammatory stimuli, making them ideal for studying cardiovascular disease mechanisms, atherosclerosis, thrombosis, and vascular inflammation.
Supplied in a cryopreserved format to ensure high post-thaw viability and functionality, HAECs are validated for angiogenesis, permeability, and vascular inflammation assays. They are perfectly suited for drug screening, biomaterial compatibility studies, and vascular tissue engineering. Donor customization options are available upon request to support disease-specific research needs.
