Human CD34⁺ cells are hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) isolated from peripheral blood, cord blood, or bone marrow using immunomagnetic sorting. CD34 is a well-established surface marker of early hematopoietic cells capable of self-renewal and multilineage differentiation into myeloid and lymphoid lineages.
