Lung adenocarcinoma-associated fibroblasts (CAF-LUAD) are primary human stromal cells isolated from tumor specimens of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), specifically the adenocarcinoma subtype. These fibroblasts are central to tumor progression, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), immune exclusion, and resistance to targeted therapies.
Our CAF-LUAD products are ethically sourced and thoroughly characterized for the expression of fibroblast activation markers and secretion of key modulators like TGF-β, CXCL12, and periostin. CAF-LUAD cells are ideal for in vitro applications such as co-culture with NSCLC cell lines, immune modulation assays, organotypic 3D models, and evaluation of tumor-stroma interactions in response to targeted or immunotherapeutic agents.
