Ovarian cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAF-OV) are primary stromal cells isolated from patient-derived ovarian tumor tissues, reflecting the cellular and molecular complexity of the ovarian tumor microenvironment. These fibroblasts are key regulators of tumor growth, metastatic dissemination, and chemoresistance, making them essential tools for translational oncology research.

Our CAF-OVC cultures are rigorously characterized for expression of activation markers and secreted factors that shape the tumor niche, such as TGF-β, IL-6, and fibronectin. These cells are highly suitable for co-culture with ovarian cancer cell lines, spheroid assays, extracellular matrix remodeling studies, and immune cell interaction profiling.
