The SpheroFlow™ Microfluidic Chip is a precision-engineered device designed for the efficient and reproducible generation of uniform spheroids and organoids. Featuring optimized channel geometries and droplet formation zones, the chip enables precise control over microbead size and cell encapsulation by regulating the flow of cell-laden ECM solutions and continuous oil phases. Its advanced design supports high-throughput production—up to 1,000 microbeads per minute—while ensuring minimal variability and maximum cell viability. Compatible with pneumatic pumping systems and magnetic stirring, the SpheroFlow chip guarantees homogeneous cell distribution and consistent spheroid formation across experiments. Each chip is durable and reusable for multiple runs, with a single chip capable of generating enough microtissues to fill up to five 96- or 384-well plates.
